The Crunch Point with Walkers Personalised Value Campaig

Challenge

Walkers were looking to connect with customers via value with the objective to increase conversion especially among Light and Lapsed Walkers shoppers.

Solution

  • A full-funnel targeted campaign across Ocado media channels was implemented which utilised onsite and offsite placements, including Enhanced Inspiration Banners, Graphic Banners, COW Banners, Meta Paid Social Ads and even a segmented Coupon campaign.
  • The Coupon campaign offered different discount depths to segments, with a deeper discount offered to lighter  & lapsed buyers.

Results

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): The campaign generated an impressive ROAS of 1,126.43%, and an incremental ROAS of 204.30%.
  • Customer Acquisition: Walkers customer base expanded by +21.90% PoP with reactivated customers +43.6% PoP and new to brand customers +177.3% PoP.
